Dr Patrick Tseng

Patrick is a specialist periodontist in private practice in Sydney. He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Sydney University and subsequently completed his post-graduate training in Periodontics at the University of Queensland in 1988. He has since worked in private practice in Sydney. He has been involved with implant surgery for over 15 years, using a number of implant systems. He first presented the use of the gingival graft in implant surgery in 1997, at the inaugural AOS meeting in Sydney. He has lectured on implants and Periodontics related topics at a number of Australasian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontist conferences and Royal College of Dental Surgeon meetings, and has run implant workshops both locally and overseas.
A part-time lecturer in Periodontics at the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2007. He is also on the planning committee of the Diploma of oral implant course at Sydney University, and also on the executive committee of the Australasian Osseo-integration Society (NSW). He has been a surgical mentor, lecturer and examiner for Diploma of oral implant course for the last 5 years.
